Refund & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing New Nature Co. Every piece is intentionally crafted and made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns. We do, however, honor exchanges when the issue is on our end.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges if:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a manufacturing defect
To request an exchange, email support@newnatureco.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will process your exchange promptly.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Pre-order items (unless defective)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace an incorrect or damaged item.
Shipping for Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, New Nature Co. covers the cost of replacement shipping when the issue is the fault of our production.
