Processing Time

All orders take 7–10 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders $99+.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and determined by the carrier.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is missing, New Nature Co. is not responsible.
